Over the summer, I read Elizabeth Kolbert’s Field Notes from a Catastrophe and The Sixth Extinction, losing more sleep than I had since my son was a newborn. Her interview on Longform podcast was terrific. They also provided excellent show notes!

To those of you using blot.im, have you found a way to add tagmoji to your blot posts in markdown? The blot.im settings under Theme > Services offers an option to convert emojis to into images. Haven’t been able to get this to work.
